Role Overview :
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient coordination between developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders. Your role will be crucial in ensuring timely project completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing project workflows.
Requirements :
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, especially Laravel, Vue.js, and Flutter.
- Agile & Scrum Expertise: Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, or Agile frameworks.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools.
- Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Client Management: Proven experience in managing client expectations, handling feedback, and aligning projects with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) :
- Certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or any relevant project management certification.
- SaaS & Mobile Apps Experience: Previous experience managing SaaS or mobile application development projects.
- DevOps & CI/CD Knowledge: Understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Distributed Teams: Ability to effectively manage remote or hybrid development teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and coordinate software development teams (backend, frontend, UI/UX, and testing) to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Agile & Scrum Implementation: Oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, developers, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Timeline & Budget Control: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, sprint backlogs, and key performance metrics.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
