Who We’re Looking For:
EON Technology Company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Owner with a proven track record in managing digital products, analyzing market needs, and effectively collaborating with development teams to deliver innovative and successful solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within agile development teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in writing and defining product requirements (User Stories & Acceptance Criteria).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to make decisive and impactful decisions.
- Good understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with SaaS products, mobile applications, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing updates, ensuring business and technical objectives are met.
- Define the product vision and development strategy based on data analysis, market needs, and customer expectations.
- Manage and refine the Product Backlog, prioritizing features and writing clear and detailed User Stories.
- Coordinate with development, design, and marketing teams to align product vision with execution.
- Analyze performance data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and enhance the user experience.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors to maintain a strong competitive edge.
- Manage product launches and updates, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
