About Role :
EON Technology Company is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Scrum Master to lead cross-functional technical teams in building robust, high-performance platforms—from the ground up to production release.
You’ll be instrumental in enabling agile delivery, optimizing team velocity, removing blockers, and ensuring scrum discipline is not just practiced, but mastered.
We’re not just looking for a coordinator. We’re looking for a true agile driver who’s been in the trenches and delivered complex projects end-to-end.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a Scrum Master, with proven delivery of complex projects from scratch.
- Jira mastery is a MUST — daily, fluent, and optimized use expected.
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent).
- Solid grasp of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD fundamentals.
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product).
- Confident communicator and servant leader — able to manage conflict, coach teams, and maintain flow.
- Detail-oriented with excellent reporting, prioritization, and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from concept to launch and ongoing support.
- Actively manage the Scrum board in Jira; ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and executed effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to ensure clarity of user stories and alignment with business goals.
- Track sprint progress and analyze agile KPIs like velocity, burndown, and cycle time to drive improvements.
- Foster a high-performing, self-organizing agile culture with clear accountability and team ownership.
- Continuously eliminate blockers and ensure unimpeded progress.
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
