Core Requirements :
- Laravel (5+ years): Deep understanding of the framework's internals — including service container, queue system, broadcasting, testing, and extending the core.
- Microservices Architecture (Mandatory): Strong experience building and integrating services via APIs, registries, and gateways with resilience patterns.
- PHP (Advanced Level): Object-oriented, maintainable code following SOLID principles and clean architecture.
- Software Architecture: Hands-on experience designing scalable and decoupled systems that run in real-world environments.
- Systems Design: Familiarity with monolith refactoring, distributed system bottlenecks, and service isolation.
- REST API Design: You build scalable, well-documented, backward-compatible APIs with proper versioning and throttling.
- Frontend Integration (Vue.js / React.js): You understand frontend architecture and collaborate effectively with UI teams — no need to write frontend code.
- Containerization (Docker): You’ve worked in container-based dev and production setups.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Experience building zero-downtime deployment pipelines.
- Git & GitHub: You work with branching strategies and participate actively in code reviews to maintain quality.
- DevOps Orientation: You’re not a DevOps engineer, but you understand cloud deployments and system reliability.
- Kubernetes: Practical exposure to service orchestration in Kubernetes is a plus.
- Cloud (GCP / OCI / AWS): Experience deploying and monitoring systems in cloud environments.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging systems.
- Resilience & Fault Tolerance: You implement retry patterns, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation strategies.
- API Gateway & Service Discovery: Experience managing traffic, access control, and routing within internal and external systems.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: You effectively communicate architecture and decisions with Product, QA, and Design teams.
