About The Role :
We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer (React.js) to join our growing tech team. This role is not for beginners. We need someone who has successfully delivered complex, real-world applications using React.js, and is fully capable of converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive interfaces , You will be working on advanced Fintech platforms, where quality, security, and usability are critical.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :
- 6+ years of professional experience in Front-End development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js (including Next.js or Redux).
- Proven ability to convert Figma designs into clean, well-structured, and reusable components.
- Familiarity with modern UI libraries like shadcn/ui or Radix UI (nice to have).
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap for utility-first styling.
- Expertise in Responsive Design and Mobile-First development principles.
- Strong experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Comfortable using Git (GitHub or GitLab) for version control.
- Solid understanding of accessibility, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Turn UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready React code.
- Build dynamic components and SPA interactions using React.js (and related tools such as Next.js or Redux).
- Optimize front-end performance across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Maintain clean, readable, scalable code following modern component architecture and best practices.
- Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving front-end development standards and guidelines.
