Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Twitter (X), Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Facebook. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the IT sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector. Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across the specified platforms. Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Snapchat Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing credentials.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Twitter (X), Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and audience interests.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Paid Advertising & PPC Campaigns
- Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Content Creation & Optimization
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy for digital campaigns.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligns with platform-specific best practices.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and platform-specific dashboards to track performance.
- Prepare regular reports detailing campaign outcomes, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends.
